按摩灸辅助治疗周围性面瘫26例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察按摩灸辅助治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法将52例周围性面瘫患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各26例。对照组采用甲钴胺片结合针刺及中医专科护理治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予按摩灸治疗。2组针刺及按摩灸均每日1次,6次为1个疗程,疗程之间间隔1 d,治疗3个疗程后比较2组的临床疗效,以及治疗前后面部损伤程度量表评分、House-Brackmann(H-B)分级量表评分。结果对照组总有效率为73.08%(19/26),治疗组为84.62%(22/26),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组面部损伤程度量表评分均明显降低,H-B分级量表评分均明显升高,与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组对各项指标的改善作用更明显,与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论按摩灸辅助治疗周围性面瘫能够明显改善患者的临床症状,促进面神经功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of massage with warming moxibustion apparatus in adjunctive treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods Fifty-two cases of peripheral facial paralysis were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was given mecobalamin tablets combined with acupuncture and specialized nursing treatment of TCM,on this basis,the treatment group was given massage with warming moxibustion apparatus.Acupuncture and massage with warming moxibustion apparatus were performed once a day in both groups,6 times as a course of treatment,with an interval of 1 day between the courses of treatment.After 3 courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy as well as the scores of the facial injury scale and the House-Brackmann(H-B)grading scale before and after treatment between the 2 groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 73.08%(19/26),that of the treatment group was 84.62%(22/26),and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the facial injury scale in the 2 groups decreased significantly,and the scores of the H-B grading scale increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant as compared with the same group before treatment(P<0.01),and the improvement of each index in the treatment group was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant as compared with the control group after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Massage with warming moxibustion apparatus in adjunctive treatment of peripheral facial paralysis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and promote the restoration of facial nerve function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
