摘　　要：单相和三相二极管整流器一般后接电解电容,可以为DC-DC变换器或DC-AC变换器提供直流电源。采用MATLAB/Simulink详细地仿真分析了单相和三相二极管整流器带有电阻负载、恒功负载和恒流负载时导电过程和截止过程,包括有无考虑二极管导通压降、有无输入滤波电感等几种情况,给出了主要电压和电流波形以及相应的计算公式,发现了多种规律性的内容,有助于学生深入理解二极管整流器的工作原理,提升学生培养发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力。Single phase and three-phase diode rectifiers are generally connected with electrolytic capacitors,which can provide DC power for DC-DC converter or DC-AC converter.The conduction process and cut-off process of single-phase and three-phase diode rectifiers with resistance load,constant power load and constant current load are simulated and an a lyzed in detail using MATLAB/Simuli nk,in clud ing whether the diode con ducti on voltage drop is con sidered,whether the input filter in du eta nee is con sidered,etc.The main voltage and curre nt waveforms and corresp on ding calculati on formulas are given,and a variety of regular contents are found,It is helpful for students to deeply understand the working principle of diode rectifier and improve their ability to find,analyze and solve problems.
