摘　　要：目的:研究不孕症女性患者体外受精-胚胎移植(In vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,IVF-ET)术前心理状态及影响因素。方法:选取2020年5月至2022年5月我院收治的84例女性不孕症患者(均接受体外受精-胚胎移植手术),通过相关量表评估其心理状态,分为A组40例和B组44例,A组存在明显焦虑或抑郁情绪,B组无明显焦虑或抑郁情绪。采用简易中文版心理状况评定量表(Kessler10)评估患者心理状态,再运用logistic回归分析所有差异变量,总结影响女性不孕症患者IVF-ET术前心理状态的高危因素。结果:经比较,A组患者心理状态总分显著高于B组(P<0.05)。通过logistic回归分析发现,不孕年限、文化程度、既往治疗、术前接受护理干预、术后社会支持得分是影响心理状态的高危因素(P<0.05)。结论:不孕年限、文化程度、既往治疗、术前接受护理干预、术后社会支持得分是影响女性不孕症患者IVF-ET术前心理状态的危险因素,应采取积极有效的防治措施,改善患者的消极心理状态,以达到更好的治疗效果。Objective:To study psychological state and its influencing factors in infertility females before in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods:A total of 84 female patients with infertility undergoing IVF-ET in our hospital were enrolled between May 2020 and May 2022.Their psychological status was evaluated by relevant scales.And then they were divided into group A(40 cases,with obvious anxiety or depression)and group B(44 cases,without obvious anxiety or depression).The psychological state was evaluated by Kessler Psychological Distress Scale(Kessler10).All the difference variables were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis.The high-risk factors of psychological status were summarized.Results:After comparison,total score of psychological state in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05),indicating that the psychological state of patients in group A was more negative.Logistic regression analysis showed that years of infertility,educational level,previous treatment,preoperative nursing intervention and postoperative social support scores were high-risk factors of psychological status(P<0.05).Conclusion:Years of infertility,educational level,previous treatment,preoperative nursing intervention and postoperative social support scores are risk factors of psychological state in female patients with infertility before IVFET.Active and effective preventive measures should be taken to improve negative psychological state of patients in order to get better curative effect.
