摘　　要：随着中药被广泛的研究和开发,越来越多的中药有效成分出现在养肤护肤的化妆品产品中。五味子作为东北道地药材,可药食两用,具有多种保健和治疗作用。近年来,随着对五味子活性成分的不断深入探索和研究,其药食保健作用受到了公众和学术界的广泛关注。文献研究表明五味子中木脂素、挥发油、有机酸和多糖类等天然成分能较好的清除自由基,可增强机体抗氧化能力延缓衰老等,但其在化妆品领域中的研究相对较少,因此本研究对五味子在化妆品方面的应用进行了综述,为五味子在化妆品中的开发和应用提供理论依据。With the extensive research and development of traditional Chinese medicine,more and more effective ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine are used in cosmetic products for skin care.Schisandra chinensis,as a genuine medicinal material in northeast China,can be used for both medicine and food,and has a variety of health and therapeutic effects.In recent years,with the continuous in-depth exploration and research of the active ingredients of S.chinensis,its medicinal and food health effects have received extensive attention from the public and academic circles.Literature studies show that the natural components such as lignans,volatile oils,organic acids and polysaccharides in S.chinensis have good free radical scavenging effects,which can enhance the body’s antioxidant capacity and delay aging.However,the research on the application of S.chinensis in cosmetics is relatively insufficient.Therefore,this article reviewed the application of S.chinensis in cosmetics to provide a theoretical basis for its development and application.
