摘  要:马兰黄土隧道在开挖施工过程中往往会出现突发性地质灾害,从而导致套拱及初期支护发生严重变形及沉降。针对以上工程问题,以银昆高速公路某隧道为依托,对产生沉降偏移的原因进行分析,并采取“洞口临时支护→洞内反压回填→地表、超前小导管注浆→台阶法开挖、换拱→施作仰拱、二衬→两侧及洞顶回填”的方案进行治理,最后对隧道围岩和初期支护变形收敛程度进行监测和分析,从而验证该专项处治施工方案的可靠性。Due to geological disaster in the construction process of Malan loess tunnel,the serious deformation and settlement occurred in the umbrella arch and initial support.In view of the above engineering problems,some tunnel of Yinchuan-Kunming Expressway is analyzed,the causes of settlement are explored,and special treatment plan for“temporary support at opening of tunnel→back pressure backfilling in tunnel→ground grouting and advanced small pipe grouting→steps method of excavation and arch replacement→inverted arch and secondary lining constructed→backfill on both sides and roof”is adopted.Finally,the deformation degree of tunnel surrounding rock and initial support is monitored and analyzed,so as to verify the reliability of the special treatment plan.
