摘  要:石门澳作业区11号泊位工程即干煤棚、硫酸铵棚工程坐落于福建省莆田市湄洲湾半岛上,为双层双曲网壳结构,网壳跨度大、高度高。以无支撑多机抬吊起步架+高空散拼施工为研究对象,详细介绍了大跨度双曲钢结构的施工技术和质量控制要点,该工艺有效消除了施工质量隐患,降低了沿海地区台风季施工风险,保障了施工安全,取得了良好的经济效益和技术效益,具有良好的推广应用价值。Located on Meizhou Bay Peninsula,Putian City,Fujian Province,the dry coal shed and ammonium sulfate shed project of No.11 berth in Shimen’ao operation area is a double-layer hyperbolic latticed shell structure with large span and high height.In this paper,the construction technology and quality control points of the large-span hyperbolic steel structure are introduced in detail with the research object of unsupported multi-machine lifting start frame+high-altitude scattered construction.The technology effectively eliminates the hidden danger of construction quality,reduces the construction risk in the typhoon season in coastal areas,guarantees the construction safety,obtains good economic and technical benefits,and has good popularization and application value.
