摘　　要：本文针对电视调频发射台原有播出监控系统存在的问题,介绍了一种基于DS-4008视、音频采集卡,使用Delphi和Python开发的播出监控系统的设计和实现。To solve the problems existing in the original broadcast monitoring system of our station,this paper introduces the design and implementation of a broadcast monitoring system based on DS-4008 video and audio acquisition card and developed by Delphi and Python.
