摘　　要：江苏自古为纺织大省,有着许多优秀的纺织非遗技艺,为服务民生和经济社会发展作出了巨大贡献。在现代化进程加快以及国家转型发展战略的大背景下,文章抓住文化产业经济热点,围绕培养具有现代思维和能力的新一代纺织非遗人才,助推江苏传统优秀技艺文化的传承以及江苏纺织产业升级和产业结构调整,提出基于开放理念的多维人才培养模式并举、基于市场细分对于人才能力要求的课程群与知识模块构建、以时尚行业为依托的人才培养链条、充分发挥政府引领作用在人才培养中的价值的人才培养思路。Jiangsu has been a major textile province since ancient times,with many excellent textile intangible cultural heritage skills,and has made great contributions to serving the people’s livelihood and economic and social development.Under the background of the accelerated modernization process and the national transformation and development strategy,this paper focuses on the economic hot spots of the cultural industry,focusing on the cultivation of a new generation of textile intangible cultural heritage talents with modern thinking and ability,promoting the inheritance of Jiangsu traditional excellent skills and culture,as well as the upgrading and industrial restructuring of Jiangsu textile industry,proposes talent training ideas of multi-dimensional talent training models based on the open concept,the construction of curriculum groups and knowledge modules required based on market segmentation for talent ability,the talent training chain based on fashion industry,and giving full play to the value of the government’s leading role in talent training.
