摘　　要：根据国内外高产梳棉机的发展和梳理技术的进步,文章研究了高产梳棉机针布选型、梳理隔距、各部件速度等工艺配置原则,重点讨论了国内外高产梳棉机新型金属针布的发展情况,分析了当下高产优质条件下针布的选配方法以及生产不同纤维原料所用针布的特点,并提出了不同纺纱条件下梳理隔距的实际应用和影响因素,以期为生产实践提供指导。According to the development of high-yield carding machine at home and abroad and the progress of carding technology,this paper studies the process selecting and matching principles of high-yield carding machines,such as carding cloth selection,carding spacing,and speed of each component.It focuses on the development of new metal carding cloth of high-yield carding machine at home and abroad,and analyzes the selecting and matching methods of carding cloth under the current conditions of high-yield and high-quality,as well as the characteristics of carding cloth used to produce different fiber raw materials.The practical application and influencing factors of carding spacing under different spinning conditions are proposed to provide guidance for production practice.
