摘　　要：氨纶具有优异的弹性和回复率,在织物中应用广泛。近年来,人们对锦氨织物的需求量越来越大,随之对织物的要求也越来越高。锦氨织物因自身的特异性,染色时存在氨纶露白、染色效果差等问题。文章采用中性染料改善氨纶的染色性能,研究4种中性染料对氨纶丝染色性能的影响。研究结果表明:德司达(DyStar)中性染料NHF-S系列三原色上染氨纶的染色深度、配伍值以及锦纶与氨纶的同色性优于其他类型的中性染料,复色黑色中性染料青岛双桃上染氨纶后K/S值可达到与可染氨纶相同的效果,对氨纶有较好的上染率。因此,采用德司达中性染料NHF-S系列三原色和青岛双桃中性黑BL可改善氨纶丝的染色性能。Spandex has excellent elasticity and reversion rate,and is widely used in fabrics.In recent years,the demand for polyamide fabric is growing,and the requirements for the fabric are also increasing.Due to its own specificity,the polyamide fabric has problems such as the appearance of spandex and poor dyeing effect.The paper used neutral dyes to improve the dyeing proper ties of spandex f iber,and the effects of four kinds of neut ral dyes on the dyeing proper ties of spandex f iber were st udied.The results show that the dyeing depth,compatibility value and the color identity between polyamide and spandex of DyStar neutral dye NHF-S series tricolor dyeing spandex are better than those of other types of neutral dyes.The K/S value of Qingdao Shuangtao,a bicolor black neutral dye,after dyeing spandex,can achieve the same effect as that of dyeable spandex,and has a good dye uptake for spandex.Therefore,the use of DyStar neutral dye NHF-S series tricolor and Qingdao Shuangtao neutral black BL can improve the dyeing properties of spandex fiber.
