摘  要:有机膨润土是油基钻井液中不可缺少的添加剂,具有增黏、降失水、稳定钻井液性能等有效作用。针对焦石坝地区的复杂地质情况,对新疆天然提纯钠基膨润土进行有机改性,制备了NHY-1型有机膨润土,并对其配伍油基钻井液的流变性能及热稳定性进行了优化。对开发的有机膨润土进行了现场应用研究,试验结果表明,NHY-1型有机膨润土具有良好的流变性、降滤失性和携砂能力,钻井液在高机械钻速、较高固相含量情况下仍能保持良好的流变性能。三开全井段安全快速钻进,滤失量小、无井漏,较好地控制了钻井液成本,能够满足页岩油气开发等非常规井开发的需求,产生了较好的社会和经济效益。Organic bentonite is an indispensable additive in oil-based drilling fluid,which can increase viscosity,reduce water loss and stabilize the performance of drilling fluid.In view of the complex geological conditions in Jiaoshiba area,the naturally purified sodium bentonite in Xinjiang is organically modified to prepare NHY-1 type organic bentonite,and the rheological properties and thermal stability of its compatible oil-based drilling fluid are optimized.The field application research on the developed organic bentonite show that NHY-1 organic bentonite has good rheological property,fluid loss reduction and sand carrying capacity,and the drilling fluid still maintains good rheological property under the conditions of high penetration rate and high solid content.The third spud in whole well section is drilled safely and quickly,with small filtration and no lost circulation,which can better control the cost of drilling fluid,fully meet the needs of unconventional well development such as shale oil and gas development,and generate good social and economic benefits.
