摘  要:云南某含银高硫铜矿石中矿物组成较为复杂,目的矿物硫化铜、硫化铁矿物嵌布粒度不均匀且多数较细,银载体矿物分散。在矿石性质研究的基础上进行了选别流程对比试验研究。结果表明,采用优先浮选流程获得了铜品位21.60%、银品位602.84 g/t及铜回收率89.30%、银回收率54.39%的铜精矿,硫品位45.60%、硫回收率89.79%的硫精矿;采用混合浮选流程获得了铜品位21.24%、银品位598.42 g/t及铜回收87.38%、银回收率54.01%的铜精矿,硫品位46.38%、硫回收率87.92%的硫精矿。与混合浮选流程相比,在铜精矿中银回收率相近的情况下,优先浮选流程更充分地回收了矿石中的铜、硫,流程稳定可靠,对矿石适应性强,可为现场生产确定最终流程提供技术依据。The mineral composition of a silver-bearing high-sulfur copper ore in Yunnan province was complex,the target minerals such as copper sulfide minerals and iron sulfide minerals were inhomogeneous and most of them were fine,and the silver carrier minerals were dispersed.On the basis of the study of ore properties,the comparative test of separation flowsheet was carried out.The results showed that copper concentrate with Cu grade of 21.60%,Ag grade of 602.84 g/t and Cu recovery of 89.30%,Ag recovery of 54.39%and sulfur concentrate with S grade of 45.60%,S recovery of 89.79%were obtained by using the selective flotation flowsheet.Copper concentrate with copper grade of 21.24%,silver grade of 598.42 g/t,copper recovery of 87.38%and silver recovery of 54.01%,and sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 46.38%and sulfur recovery of 87.92%were obtained by bulk flotation.Compared with bulk flotation flowsheet,the seletive flotation flowsheet could recover more copper and sulfur from copper concentrate with similar silver recovery.The flowsheet was stable and reliable,and had strong adaptability to the ore,which could provide technical basis for determining the final flowsheet in field production.
