摘  要:以某循环水泵机组超越离合器为研究对象,通过仿真分析其接触状态及受力变形,完成结构强度设计、改善接触应力及变化特性,获得高性能滚柱式超越离合器结构;通过ADAMS虚拟样机软件对滚柱式超越离合器的楔合过程和超越脱开过程进行动力学仿真,获得离合器动态性能参数;通过试验研究离合器空转力矩、空转角等性能。采用将有限元分析与台架试验相结合的方法,缩短离合器结构的选配过程和测试周期,提高试验结果的可靠性。Taking the overrunning clutch of a circulating water pump unit as the research object,its contact state and force deformation through simulation are analyzed,the structural strength design is completed,the contact stress and change characteristics are improved,which obtain a high-performance roller overrunning clutch structure.Through the ADAMS virtual prototype software,the dynamic simulation of the wedging process and the overrunning disengagement process of the roller-type overrunning clutch is carried out to obtain the dynamic performance parameters of the clutch.The performance of the clutch idling torque,idling angle,etc.is studied through experiments.The method of combining finite element analysis and bench test can shorten the selection process and test period of the clutch structure,and improve the reliability of the test results.
