摘　　要：思想政治工作是以人为对象,用人类历史上最先进、最科学的世界观、方法论去教育人、启发人,解决人的思想、观点、政治立场问题,提高人们思想觉悟的工作。国有企业是中国特色社会主义的重要物质基础和政治基础,是中国特色社会主义经济的“顶梁柱”,是我们党执政兴国的重要支柱和依靠力量。It is of great practial significance to strengthen the ideological and political work of petroleum enterprises in an al-round way,strive to build up the"triple realm"of system first,education and education,and culture infiltration,and constanty gather the great power of cadres and employees to do business,which is of great practical significance to consolidate the ruling foundation of the Party and promote the realization of enterprise development goals.
