山地型高层住宅区汽车库建筑设计研究

摘　　要：结合山地住区地形特征,利用设计基面以下的坡地规划布置掉层式集中汽车库,减少地面停车,缩小地下汽车库占地范围,从场地安全、停车环境、经济节约、环境友好、后期运营等多视角研究山地住区汽车库的设计策略与方法。Combined with the feature of mountain settlements terrain,sunken multi-layer garage was arranged using the slope below design base level to reduce the ground parking and the land occupation of underground garage.The mountain residential garage design strategies and methods were researched from multiple points of view such as parking site safety,parking environment,economical efficiency,environmental friendly and the later operation.
