摘 要:电气传动系统处于非稳态工作状态下极易发生低频振荡失真等问题,导致电气传动同步控制效果下降。以钻机为对象,提出通过可编程逻辑控制器(ProgrammableLogic Controller,PLC)对钻机电气传动系统实施控制。建立系统的约束参量模型,借助负阻尼低频跟踪控制法合理调节系统的输出转速稳态,获得电机具体的实际效率。在此基础上,对系统自适应参量进行调节,获得相应的输出控制参数。仿真结果表明,所用方式对钻机的电气传动系统进行同步控制具有良好的稳态性及稳定性,获得高效的功率输出增益。The electrical transmission system is prone to low frequency oscillation distortion and other problems when it is in an unsteady state,which leads to the decline of the synchronous control effect of the electrical transmission.Taking the drilling rig as an object,to control the electrical transmission system of the drilling rig through Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)is proposed.The constrained parameter model of the system is established,and the output speed of the system is reasonably regulated by the negative damping low-frequency tracking control method to obtain the specific actual efficiency of the motor.On this basis,the adaptive parameters of the system are adjusted to obtain the corresponding output control parameters.The simulation results show that the synchronous control of the electrical transmission system of the drilling rig has good steady state and stability with effiicent power output gain obtained.
