摘　　要：党的二十大报告深刻总结新时代全面从严治党取得的历史性成就,提出两个“永远在路上”的重大判断,并从七个方面重点对全面从严治党作出新要求新部署。高校应深刻领悟“两个确立”的决定性意义,牢牢把握以党的自我革命引领社会革命的重要要求,坚决贯彻全面从严治党新部署,以高质量党建引领保障“双一流”建设。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)runs through the whole article to strengthen the overall leadership of the Party,deeply summarizes the historical achievements of full and strict governance over the Party in the new era,puts forward two major judgments of“always on the road”,and makes new requirements and new arrangements for full and strict governance over the Party from seven aspects.Universities should deeply understand the decisive significance of“two establishment”,firmly grasp the important requirements of leading a great social revolution with a great self revolution,resolutely implement the new plan of full and strict governance over the Party,and ensure the construction of“double first-class”with high-quality Party building as the guide.
