摘  要:贵州省六盘水市水城县通过实施村卫生室基础设施改进、乡村一体化管理,创新基层合同制聘用医务人员,实行绩效工资等措施,提高村卫生室服务能力。与2016年相比,2019年水城县村卫生室平均建筑面积从75.6 m^(2)增加到176.8 m^(2),乡村医生中的执业(助理)医师数和注册护士数增加了9.3倍,乡村医生中卫生员的数量占比快速下降(24.4%),乡村医生人均医疗收入由1.8万元增加至4.8万元,乡村医生队伍数量与质量快速提升,服务量大幅提高,全县乡村医生的配置公平性显著提升,切实促进了该地区农村居民的便捷就医。Shuicheng County,Liupanshui,Guizhou Province,has improved the service capacity of the grass-roots level by improving the infrastructure of village clinics,integrated rural management,innovating the grass-roots contract employment of medical personnel,and performance-based pay.Compared with 2016,in 2019 shuicheng village clinic average construction area increased from 75.6 m2 to 176.8 m2,village doctor in the physician(assistant)number and registered nurses increased by 9.3 times,the number of village doctor health workers in proportion of rapid decline(24.4%),village doctor per capita medical income increased from 18000 yuan to 48000 yuan,village doctor team quantity and quality,service,the county rural doctor configuration fairness increased significantly,to promote the rural residents in the region of convenient medical treatment.
