摘  要:目前,以硅铝胶为载体的催化剂催化合成橡胶防老剂RD报道非常少。根据此情况,对自制固体酸催化剂SO_(4)^(2-)/ZrO_(2)合成方法及催化结果进行探讨。采用溶胶凝胶、浸渍等方法制备了催化剂,并用液相色谱分析合成的橡胶防老剂RD,同时探讨确定了反应最佳工艺条件。结果表明,在反应物浓度为50g/L、反应温度为130℃、催化剂用量为20%、反应时间为14h的条件下,橡胶防老剂RD单体的转化率和其二聚体的选择性分别达到最大值94.1%和34.6%。At present,there are very few reports on the synthesis of rubber antiaging agent RD using catalysts supported by silicon aluminum gum.According to this situation,the synthesis method and catalytic results of selfmade solid acid catalyst SO24-/ZrO_(2)silica alumina gel were discussed.The catalysts were prepared by sol-gel,impregnation and so on.The rubber antioxidant RD synthesized by liquid chromatography was analyzed,and the optimum reaction conditions were determined.The results showed that when the reactant concentration was 50g/L,the reaction temperature was 130℃,the amount of catalyst was 20%and the reaction time was 14h,the conversion of rubber antioxidant RD monomer and the selectivity of dimer reached the maximum values of 94.1%and 34.6%,respectively.
