摘　　要：意志品质是构成人意志的诸因素的总和,主要包括自觉性、果断性、自制性和坚韧性四类品质。良好的意志品质有利于个人在实践中调整身心行为,实现预期的行动目的。目前,我国高校的“青马”学员在培养过程中仍然存在意志品质发展不平衡、不充分的问题。为此,高校应当通过树立榜样示范、丰富实践锻炼、增强心理教育、营造浓厚氛围等方式,帮助“青马”学员形成良好的意志品质,成为合格的青年马克思主义者。The volitional quality refers to the sum of the factors that make up the human will,mainly including four qualities of consciousness,decisiveness,self-control and tenacity.Good volitional qualities help individuals to adjust their physical and mental behavior in practice and achieve the intended purpose of action.At present,there is still the problem of unbalanced and insufficient development of volitional quality in the training of“Young Marxists Training Project”students in Chinese universities.Therefore,the universities should help“Young Marxists Training Project”students acquire volitional quality and become qualified young Marxists by setting examples,enriching practical exercises,enhancing psychological education and creating a strong atmosphere.
