摘  要:为提高城市空气质量,防治扬尘污染,以植物秸秆为原料制备羟乙基纤维素,与环境友好型助剂进行复配,制备出一种新型生物抑尘剂。在原材料优选的单因素实验基础上,以硫酸镁、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、丙三醇、羟乙基纤维素为自变量,以浸透速度和保水率为响应值,采用响应面设计方法,建立二次回归方程,拟合因素与响应值之间的函数关系,设计四因素三水平试验。实验结果表明:生物抑尘剂的最优配方为羟乙基纤维素的质量分数为0.18%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的质量分数为0.09%,硫酸镁的质量分数为6.3%,丙三醇的质量分数为4%,与理论预测值吻合。经过测定,抑尘剂的黏度为0.0086 Pa·s,pH值为7.2,表面张力为0.04 N/m,密度为1040 kg/m^(3),浸透速度为0.76 cm/s,保水率为87%,具有良好的润湿性能和抗蒸发性能,能够有效控制扬尘污染。In order to improve urban air quality and prevent dust pollution,a new type of biological dust suppressant was prepared by using straw as raw material to prepare hydroxyethyl cellulose,which was compounded with environmentally friendly additives.Based on the single-factor experiment of raw material preference,a four-factor,three-level test was designed using magnesium sulfate,cocamidopropyl betaine,glycerol and hydroxyethyl cellulose as the independent variables and infiltration rate and water retention rate as the response values.A response surface design method was used to establish a quadratic regression equation to fit the functional relationship between the factors and the response values.The experimental results show that the optimal formulation of the biological dust suppressant is as follows:the mass fraction of hydroxyethyl cellulose is 0.18%,the mass fraction of cocamidopropyl betaine is 0.09%,the mass fraction of magnesium sulfate is 6.3%and the mass fraction of glycerol is 4%,which is in agreement with the theoretical predictions.The dust suppressant has a viscosity of 0.0086 Pa·s,a pH value of 7.2,a surface tension of 0.04 N/m and a density of 1040 kg/m^(3).With infiltration rate of 0.76 cm/s and a water retention rate of 87%,it has good wettability and anti-evaporation properties and can effectively control dust pollution.
