摘 要:为实现低变质煤高效分级利用、减少能耗、提高能源利用率,缓解我国天然气短缺问题,文中提出了一种将煤热解与半焦气化甲烷化集成直接制富甲烷气体的技术。利用Aspen Plus构建了该系统的流程模型,通过引入Ca(OH)_(2)作为CO_(2)捕收剂来调节产气组分,将高温产气回流用于煤的预热、降低能耗的同时也提高了甲烷产率。通过分析热力学平衡状态下主要操作参数对于产物的影响,确定了适宜的操作范围,并对耦合系统进行能量分析。结果表明:操作压力大于3 MPa,出口温度控制在350—550℃,水煤比(质量比)为0.3,钙煤比(质量比)为1.1的条件下有利于提高CH4产量,抑制CO_(2)产出。耦合系统相较于传统单一工艺,在节能减排,提高产品质量上具有一定优势。In order to realize the high-efficiency utilization of low-metamorphic coal,reduce energy consumption,improve energy efficiency,and alleviate the shortage of natural gas in China,a technology to directly produce methane rich gas by integrating coal pyrolysis and semi coke gasification methanation is proposed.The process model of the system is built by Aspen Plus.Ca(OH)_(2)is introduced as a CO_(2)collector to adjust the gas production component,and the high-temperature gas production reflux is used for coal preheating,which not only reduces energy consumption,but also improves the yield of methane.By analyzing the influence of the main operating parameters on the products in the thermodynamic equilibrium state,the suitable operating conditions are determined,and the energy of the coupling system is analyzed.The results show that the optimal conditions are as follows:operating pressure is greater than 3 MPa,outlet temperature is controlled at 350—550℃,and the mass ratios of water/coal and Ca(OH)2/coal are 0.3 and 1.1,respectively.It is beneficial to increase the output of CH4and reduce the output of CO_(2)under this condition.Compared with the traditional single process,the coupling system has certain advantages in energy saving,emission reduction and improving product quality.
