摘 要:为提高贮丝柜烟丝布料均匀性,采用激光扫描表面重构技术建立了烟丝布料控制系统。利用激光扫描仪测量贮丝柜烟丝堆积表面高度,当波峰与波谷之间的高度差H>阈值H0且烟丝堆积截面的波谷面积M≥λS(λ为面积比例系数,S为铺料截面积增量)时,调整分配车的步进距离,通过降低高度差调控烟丝堆积表面状态。利用该系统对烟丝布料状态进行调控,结果表明:(1)调控后烟丝堆积高度差从139 mm降低到67 mm,标准偏差由79 mm降低到50 mm,变异系数降低5百分点;(2)调控后烟丝含水率、填充值、整丝率和碎丝率变化量分别为0.08百分点、0.1 cm^(3)/g、2百分点和0.3百分点,均优于调控前水平;(3)烟丝含水率、整丝率、碎丝率标准偏差分别降低0.07、0.49、0.10百分点。该技术可为提高制丝过程稳定性和烟丝工艺质量提供支持。To achieve an even distribution of cut tobacco in a silo,a control system for cut tobacco spreading was developed with laser scanning bulk profile reconstruction technology.A laser scanner is used to measure the height of bulk tobacco in the silo.In case that the height difference H between the peak and the valley exceeds the threshold H0and the valley area M in the cross section of bulk tobacco is no less thanλS(λis area proportion factor and S is the increment of section area of cut tobacco spreading),the step distance of spreading vehicle is adjusted to reduce the height difference and change the status of tobacco bulk profile.The results of the developed control system showed that:1)The height difference of tobacco bulk profile decreased from 139 mm to 67 mm,its standard deviation reduced from 79 mm to 50 mm,and the coefficient of variation reduced by 5 percentage points.2)The variations of moisture content,filling value,the proportion of integral tobacco strand and the proportion of short tobacco strand were 0.08 percentage point,0.1 cm3/g,2 percentage points and 0.3 percentage point respectively,which were superior to those before the application of the system.3)The standard deviations of moisture content in cut tobacco,the proportion of integral tobacco strand and the proportion of short tobacco strand reduced by 0.07,0.49 and 0.10 percentage points respectively.This technology provides supports for promoting the stability of primary processing process and the processing quality of cut tobacco.
