摘 要:车身和车轮之间的车辆悬架系统为簧上簧下质量提供了相对位移的空间,悬架的刚度、侧倾中心位置、稳定杆的匹配对整车侧倾都有重要影响,合理的整车侧倾角保证行驶安全的同时也让乘客有良好的主观安全感。本文推导了扭杆弹簧扭转刚度公式,同时基于此公式和整车侧倾模型对某轻型商用车侧倾角进行匹配计算,并通过试验验证。结果表明:整车侧倾角符合设计要求,且计算结果的精确度较高。The vehicle suspension system between the body and the wheel provides a space for relative displacement for the sprung and unsprung masses.The stiffness of the suspension,the roll center position and the matching of the stabilizer bar have an important impact on the roll of the whole vehicle.A reasonable roll angle of the whole vehicle not only ensures driving safety,but also gives passengers a good sense of subjective safety.The formula of torsion stiffness of torsion bar spring was derived.At the same time,based on this formula and the vehicle roll model,the matching calculation of the roll angle of a light commercial vehicle was carried out and verified by experiments.The results show that the roll angle of the whole vehicle meets the design requirements,and the accuracy of the calculation results is high.
