导向环包塑材料对安全带织带拉卷性能影响的研究

摘  要:以均聚甲醛和改性共聚甲醛的导向环包塑材料作为研究对象,采用台架法对织带的拉出力和回卷力进行测试,再根据拉出力和回卷力计算得到两种聚甲醛材料与织带的摩擦因数,其中均聚甲醛的拉出力和回卷力分别为16.19 N和6.33 N,摩擦因数为0.28~0.29,改性共聚甲醛的拉出力和回卷力分别为17.12 N和5.97 N,摩擦因数为0.32。最后对两种材料摩擦因数差异的原因进行探讨,为后期提升安全带舒适性选择合适的包塑材料提供一定的参考。Taking homopolyformaldehyde and modified copolyformaldehyde of the plastic coating materials of the guide ring as the research object,the extraction force and retraction force of the webbing were tested by bench method,and then friction coefficient of the two polymers with the webbing was calculated according to the extraction force and retraction force.The extraction force and retraction force of homopolyformaldehyde are 16.19 N and 6.33 N respectively,and the friction coefficient is 0.28~0.29.The extraction force and retraction force of modified homopolyformaldehyde are 17.12 N and 5.97 N respectively,and the friction coefficient is 0.32.Finally the reason of the friction coefficient difference between the two polymers was discussed.It provides a certain reference for selecting appropriate plastic coating material to improve the comfort of safety belt in the later stage.
