摘 要:某车型在开发阶段的整车路试过程中发现:在1×10^(4)km后,50 km/h以上的速度轻踩制动时车身抖动,方向盘抖动明显,速度降至50 km/h后抖动现象消失。为快速有效地解决此问题,研究了制动时方向盘抖动的机制,证实制动盘厚度差是引起抖动的根本原因,并通过前悬架、转向器、转向横拉杆、转向管柱传递至方向盘。最终通过减小制动盘厚度差及提升制动硬度解决了抖动问题。During the road test of a vehicle in the development stage,it was found that after 1×10^(4)km,the vehicle body jittered when the speed was more than 50 km/h,the steering wheel jittered obviously,and the jitter disappeared when the speed reduced to 50 km/h.To solve this problem quickly and efficiently,the mechanism of steering wheel jitter during braking was studied.It was confirmed that the disk thickness variation(DTV)was the root cause of jitter,and it was transmitted to the steering wheel through the front suspension,steering gear,steering tie rod,and steering column.Finally,the problem of jitter is solved by reducing the DTV and improving the brake hardness.
