摘　　要：“十三五”期间,中国渔业树立创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享发展理念,以提质增效、减量增收、绿色发展、富裕渔民为目标,调减控制捕捞业,转型升级水产养殖业,产业结构调整更加优化。利用统计数据阐明“十三五”期间中国渔业产量、生产要素、休闲渔业、加工贸易及渔民家庭人均收入与支出等方面的发展变化趋势,透过数据揭示渔业发展所面临的问题,为产业发展决策提供数据支撑。During the“13th Five-Year Plan”period,the fishery development in our country has firmly established the concept of innovation,coordination,green,open,sharing and development,with improving quality and efficiency,reducing quantity and increasing income,green development and rich fishermen as the goal,reducing and controlling the fishing industry,transforming and upgrading aquaculture industry,and further optimizing industrial structure adjustment.This paper uses statistical data to clarify the development and change trends of fishery production,production factors,recreational fishery,processing trade and per capita of fishermen family income and expenditure during the“13th Five-Year Plan”period.Through data,it reveals the problems faced by fishery development and provides data support for industrial development decisions.
