摘 要:本文介绍了“三品一标”的历史背景、概念和发展历程。以中国热带农业科学院试验场为例,分析“三品一标”工作在总体规划、品牌创新性、投入效益、品牌宣传等方面存在的问题。针对存在问题,提出加强政府引导及政策支持、明确主体定位、加强品牌宣传、加强公共品牌合作、发挥热科院优势,服务热科院品牌和地方品牌建设等建议。Pollution-free agricultural products, green food, organic agricultural products and geography indications of agricultural products are called Three Products and One Standard. This paper introduces the historical background, concept and development of Three Products and One Standard. Take the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Science Proving Ground as an example, analyzing the problems of Three Products and One Standard in the aspects of overall planning, brand innovation, investment efficiency, brand promotion. In view of the existing problems, this paper proposes to strengthen government guidance and policy support, clear subject positioning, reinforce brand promotion, strengthen public brand cooperation, take advantage of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Science and so on, to improve the effectiveness of Three Products and One Standard.
