摘　　要：目前,我国法律制度逐步健全,但农村土地违法事件却屡禁不止。本研究采用线上问卷对高校学生进行调查,结果表明,随着学生学年的增加,学生的认知度在不断提高,但学生对农村土地法律知识认知度一般,尤其对农村土地热点问题关注不够。因此,应重视高校法制教育,鼓励学生通过科普讲座、“三下乡”等多种途径学习土地管理法等法律法规,为提升全民法治意识、法治素养提供智力支持。At present, China’s legal system is gradually improving, but illegal incidents of rural land are repeatedly emergence. In this study, college students were surveyed by online questionnaire. The results show that with the increase of academic year, students’ awareness is constantly improving, but students’ awareness of rural land laws is general, especially they do not pay enough attention to the hot issues of rural land.Therefore, we should attach importance to legal education in colleges and universities, and encourage students to learn laws and regulations such as land administration law through popular science lectures, "three rural areas" and other ways, so as to provide intellectual support for improving the awareness and literacy of the rule of law for the whole people.
