摘  要:建立液质联用法测定香蕉中三唑类农药残留(戊唑醇、氟环唑、氟硅唑、丙环唑、腈菌唑)的分析方法。结果发现,样品经提取,PSA净化,以水和甲醇为流动相进行梯度洗脱,基质匹配曲线外标法定量,5种三唑类农药在2.0~100.0μg/L呈良好线性关系,在0.005、0.01和0.1 mg/kg 3水平下,5种农药平均回收率为90%~118%,相对标准偏差(n=5)为0.8%~8.8%,5种农药均存在不用强度的基质效应。该方法灵敏度及准确度良好,能满足香蕉中5种三唑类杀菌剂残留检测的要求。To develop a method for triazole pesticide residues(pentazole alcohol, flucyclozole, flucysilazole, propicyclozole, nitrile) in bananas by UPLC-MS/MS. Samples were extracted by acetonitrile, purified by PSA with gradient elution using mobile phase made up of water and methanol, quantified by substrate matched curve. 5 kinds of triazole pesticides showed good linearity in the concentration range of 2.0~100.0 μg/L, the average recovery rates at three spiked levels of 0.005,0.01 and 0.1 mg/kg ranged from 90%to 118%. The relative standard deviations(RSDs)(n=5) were 0.8%~8.8%, and during the process, all the 5pesticides had matrix effects of different intensities. So far, the method is sensitive and accurate, which could meet the requirements for the determination of 5 kinds of triazole pesticide residues in banana.
