提高农业科研院所党员干部理论学习实效性的路径探析

摘　　要：理论学习是党员干部人生中的大事,是提高党员干部理论水平和实践能力的重要途径。通过阐述农业科研院所党员干部理论学习的重要性和必要性,分析当前农业科研院所党员干部理论学习的现状及存在问题,并探索提高农业科研院所党员干部理论学实效性的路径,为农业科研院所党员干部提高理论学习的成效提供参考。Theoretical studying is a significant event in the life of members and cadres in the Communist Party of China, It is an important way to improve the theoretical level and practical ability. By expounding the importance and necessity of the theoretical studying for party members and cadres in Agricultural Research Institutions, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of theoretical studying for those members and cadres in agricultural research institutions, and explores ways to enhance the effectiveness of theoretical study for party members and cadres in agricultural research institutions. It aims to provide a reference for improving the effectiveness of theoretical studying for the party members and cadres in agricultural research institutions.
