摘 要:以2-腈基-4-硝基苯胺、1-萘酚为原料,通过重氮化-偶合反应合成了一种新型可降解偶氮化合物—4-[(2-氰基-4-硝基苯基)偶氮]-1-萘酚。通过优化实验,获得合成反应的最佳条件为:芳胺与亚硝酸钠的物质的量之比为1∶1.5、反应原料比为1∶1、反应时间50 min、反应温度-5~0℃及pH为4.0,产率为60.3%。通过MS、1H NMR和元素分析对目标产物进行了结构表征。采用紫外光催化降解法对目标产物进行降解实验,通过MS及UV方法测定降解效果,实验结果表明目标产物的分子离子峰完全消失、在525 nm处的吸收峰消失。结果表明该目标化合物可完全降解,降解率为100%,是一种绿色染料。A new degradable azo compound,4-[(2-cyano-4-nitrophenyl)azo]-1-naphthol,was synthesized by a diazo-coupling reaction from 2-nitrile-4-nitroaniline and 1-naphthol.Through the optimization experiment,the optimal conditions of the synthesis reaction were as follows:molar ratio of aromatic amine to sodium nitrite is 1∶1.5,raw material ratio is 1∶1,reaction time is 50 min,reaction temperature is-5-0℃,pH is 4.0,and the yield is 60.3%.The structure of the target product was characterized by MS,1H NMR and elemental analysis.The degradation experiment of the target product was carried out by UV photocatalytic degradation,and the degradation effect was measured by MS and UV.The experimental results showed that the molecular ion peak of the target product disappeared completely,and the absorption peak at 525 nm disappeared.The results showed that the target compound could be completely degraded with a degradation rate of 100%.It was a kind of green dye.
