摘 要:为贯彻落实“3060双碳”发展方针,上海地区拟于110kV变电站建筑屋面配置分布式光伏发电系统,实现就近上网、就地消纳的技术路线。重点从光伏系统接入系统电压等级与变电站屋顶型式两个方面对110kV户内变电站分布式屋顶光伏建设原则进行探讨,从标准规范规定、经济效益、运维方式等方面进行优缺点分析,推荐出满足城区110kV变电站屋顶光伏建设特点的建设方案,为后续上海地区推进变电站屋顶光伏建设奠定基础。In order to implement the development policy of "3060 double carbon", the distributed photovoltaic power generation system is planned to be installed on the roof of 110kV substation buildings in Shanghai to realize the technical route of nearby Internet access and local consumption. From the aspects of photovoltaic access system voltage level and substation roof type, this paper mainly discusses the 110kV indoor substation distributed roof photovoltaic construction principles. The advantages and disadvantages are analyzed from the perspective of standard regulations, economic benefits, and operation and maintenance, and the scheme is recommended to meet the characteristics of urban 110kV substation roof photovoltaic construcion. This will lay a foundation for the subsequent promotion of substation rooftop photovoltaic construction in Shanghai.
