摘  要:为了探究我国物流业的碳排放效率,以2008—2017年我国30个省市的物流业面板数据为样本,将物流业的从业人数、固定资产投入量和碳排放量作为投入变量,将物流业增加值作为产出变量,分别采用BCC-DEA模型、Malmquist指数模型,从静态、动态角度对全国、区域和省际物流业的碳排放效率进行了测度。结果表明:全国物流业碳排放效率的水平偏低,且呈现波动变化;东部碳排放效率明显高于西部、中部,全国碳排放效率的水平与中部地区基本接近;河北省物流业的碳排放效率一直位于前沿面,苏、鲁、沪、辽、陕、宁在个别年份位于前沿面,其余省份均未达到前沿面;辽、沪、闽、京、津、晋、湘、黔、桂、宁、川11个省市碳排放效率有所上升,其余省份均略有下降,省际碳排放效率动态变化的原因存在较大差异,多数为2个效应,少数为单一效应或3个效应,其中技术进步对我国物流业碳排放效率提升的促进大于纯技术效率和规模效率。通过聚类分析,将30个省市分为4个类型,包括“高效率-增长”型、“高效率-降低”型、“低效率-增长”型和“低效率-降低”型。为提升物流业碳排放效率,各地区应当鼓励建立静态与动态相结合的目标管理制度及考核制度,重点关注“低效率-降低”型省份低碳物流的发展,加强物流业低碳技术的创新,完善管理技术并对物流园区进行合理的布局设计。In order to explore the carbon emission efficiency of logistics industry in China,taking the logistics industry’s panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2008 to 2017 as samples,the number of employees,fixed asset input and carbon emissions of the logistics industry as input variables,and the added value of the logistics industry as output variable,the carbon emission efficiencies of the logistics industry in the whole country,regions and provinces are measured from static and dynamic perspectives by using the BCC-DEA model and Malmquist index model respectively.The result shows that(1)The carbon emission efficiency of the logistics industry in China is low and presents a trend of fluctuation.(2)The carbon emission efficiency in the eastern region is significantly higher than that in the western and central regions,and the national level of carbon emission efficiency is basically close to that in the central region.(3)The carbon emission efficiency of logistics industry in Hebei Province has always been at the frontier,those of Jiangsu,Shandong,Shanghai,Liaoning,Shaanxi and Ningxia have been at the frontier in individual years,while those of other provinces have never reached the frontier.(4)The carbon emission efficiencies of Liaoning,Shanghai,Fujian,Beijing,Tianjin,Shanxi,Hunan,Guizhou,Guangxi,Ningxia and Sichuan are increased,while those of the other provinces decreased slightly.The reasons for the dynamic variation of carbon emission efficiency among provinces are quite different,most of which are double effect,and a few are single effect or triple effect.Among them,the promotion of technological progress to the improvement of carbon emission efficiency of the logistics industry in China is greater than that of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency.The 30 provinces and cities are classified into 4 types by cluster analysis,including“high efficiency-growth”type,“high efficiency-decrease”type,“low efficiency-growth”type and“low efficiency-decrease”type.In order to improve
