摘 要:云南、贵州和四川等艰险复杂山区铁路受特殊的地形及地质影响,不可避免地增加切坡、填沟、穿隧等工程,影响了建设投资和工期的控制。本文运用现场调研、数据统计的研究办法,选取成兰、大瑞、玉磨等典型艰险复杂山区铁路项目为实证样本,收集了现场实际支出的各项施工措施费情况,对费用总额和费率进行了对比分析,并对施工措施费的7项子费用进行了关键点研究,得到了小型临时设施费为施工措施费投资控制关键点,生产房屋、生活房屋、场地土石方及挡护工程是小型临时设施费中占比最大的主原等结论。最后明确了艰险复杂山区施工措施费分区调整方案,对于提高铁路工程施工措施费的科学性、合理性和适用性,提供了技术支撑。Affected by special topography and geology,Yunnan,Guizhou,Sichuan and other difficult and complex mountain railways inevitably increase slope cutting,ditch filling,tunneling and other projects,affecting the construction investment and construction period control.In this paper,the research methods of field investigation and data statistics are used to select Cheng-lan,Da-rui,Yu-mo and other typical railway projects in difficult and complex mountainous areas as empirical samples.The actual expenditure of various construction measures is collected,and the total cost and rate are compared and analyzed.The key points of seven sub-costs of construction measures are studied.It is concluded that the small temporary facility cost is the key point of investment control of construction measures,and the production housing,living housing,site earthwork and retaining engineering are the main reasons for the largest proportion of small temporary facility cost.Finally,the zoning adjustment scheme of construction measures in difficult and dangerous complex mountainous areas is clarified,which provides technical support for improving the scientificity,rationality and applicability of railway construction measures.
