摘  要:便携式X射线荧光光谱仪(PXRF)已广泛应用于地质样品的元素含量检测工作,但在实际应用中,地质样品矿化的不均一性、样品湿度、测试时间等因素都会对便携式X射线荧光光谱仪(PXRF)测试结果精密度造成影响。实验以白云鄂博矿石主量元素(Ca、Ba、Fe、Mn、Sr)和稀土元素为研究对象,通过改变样品粒度(块状-碎斑状-粉末状)、样品表面干湿度和仪器的测试时间(60、90、120、150、180 s)等因素来定量探讨其对测试结果的影响。结果表明:样品湿润会导致测试结果偏低,检测时间对元素含量测试结果影响不大。块状样品测试方法简单但测试结果分散,精密度低,样品粉碎至120目(125μm)以上测试结果精密度最好。在优化的实验条件下采用PXRF对白云鄂博矿石进行分析,各组分测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.70%~5.5%;与化学湿法值的一致性较好。Portable X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(PXRF)has been widely used in the detection of the elemental content in geological samples.However,in practice,many factors such as the heterogeneity of mineralization of geological samples,sample humidity and test time will affect the precision of test results by PXRF.In experiments,the main elements(Ca,Ba,Fe,Mn,Sr)and rare earth elements in Bayan Obo ore were selected as the research object.The influence of these factors on the testing result were quantitatively investigated by varying the sample size(block-broken porphyritic-powder),the surface dry humidity and the test time of instrument(60,90,120,150,180 s).The results showed that the moisture of the sample would lead to lower test results,while the detection time had little influence on the test results of elemental content.The test method of block sample was simple but the precision was low.When the sample was crushed to higher than 120 mesh(125μm),the precision of test results was best.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the Bayan Obo ore was analyzed by PXRF.The relative standard deviations(RSD,n=6)of determination results were between 0.70%and 5.5%.The found results were consistent with those obtained by wet chemical method.
