摘 要:在金属材料力学检验中,冲击和拉伸试验(冲拉试验)是检验材料力学性能的关键指标。而冲拉试验数据性能的指标又与材料本身化学成分息息相关。实验以双相钢2209牌号为例,将冲拉试验样品端头进行镶嵌制样后采用火花放电原子发射光谱法分析,旨在解决生产和科研过程中冲拉试验样品化学成分的快速高效检验。实验结果表明,规格为Ф5 mm试样镶嵌后无法达到分析效果,规格为Ф10 mm、Ф15 mm、Ф20 mm试样经镶嵌后除C元素外,Si、Mn、S、P、Cr、Ni、Mo、Cu元素精密度和正确度均得到提升。实验采用镶嵌制样方式缩短了分析周期,提高了检验效率,达到了降成本、增效率的目的。In the mechanical property test of metal materials,the impact and tensile tests(hereinafter referred to as"impact tension test")are the key indexes to inspect the mechanical properties of materials.Meanwhile,the indexes of data properties in impact tension test are closely related to the chemical composition of the material itself.The dual phase steel 2209 was selected as an example.The specimen ends for impact tension test were prepared by inlaying method and then analyzed by spark discharge atomic emission spectrometry.It was to solve the rapid and efficient inspection of chemical composition in samples for impact tension test in the production and research process.The results showed that the analysis effect could not be achieved for Ф5 mm sample after inlaying.For the Ф10 mm,Ф15 mm and Ф20 mm samples after inlaying,the precision and accuracy of Si,Mn,S,P,Cr,Ni,Mo and Cu were all improved except for C.The sample preparation by inlaying method could shorten the analyzing cycle and improve the inspection efficiency.Consequently,the cost could be reduced and the efficiency could be increased.
