摘　　要：目的系统整合食管癌患者照顾者照顾过程中的体验、感受及需求。方法检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Web of science、Cochrane Library、Embase中自建库至2022年4月公开发表的关于食管癌照顾者照顾体验质性研究的文献。采用澳大利亚JBI(Joanna Briggs Innstitute)循证卫生保健中心质性研究文献质量评价原则对文献进行评价,同时采用汇集性整合方法进行文献整合。结果共纳入9项研究,提炼27个结果,归纳成9个类别,整合成4个结果:①复杂的情感体验;②支持性照顾需求;③角色适应不良与应对;④生活重建。结论医务人员应重视照顾者的负性心理问题,调动其正性心理感受,满足其对照顾知识和技能的需求,同时强化社会支持系统,协助其适应角色转变,提高其照顾感受和质量。Objective To investigate the experience,feelings and needs of caregivers of patients with oesophageal cancer.Methods Databases of CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP database,CBM,PubMed,Web of Science,the Cochrane Library and Embase from the inception to April 2022 were systematically searched for the qualitative researches in the care experience of the caregivers of the patients with oesophageal cancer.The acquired literatures were evaluated according to the principle of quality evaluation of JBI Evidence based Health care centre in Australia and in the meantime was integrated by the pooled integration method.Result A total of 27 results were extracted from 9 studies.They were summarised into 9 categories and finally integrated into 4 results:complex emotional experience,supportive care needs,role maladjustment and coping,and life reconstruction.Conclusion Medical staff should pay attention to the negative psychological issues of the caregivers,encourage their positive psychological feelings,meet their needs for caregiving knowledge and skills,and strengthen the social support in order to help the caregivers to adapt to the role changes and improve the feelings and quality of care of the caregivers.
