摘 要:针对阻尼环自动注汞过程中注汞口难以精确识别的难题,设计了阻尼环自动注汞位置定位技术方案,实现了阻尼环注汞口的精确定位。通过阻尼环自动充汞检测系统显示界面与试验,验证了阻尼环精确定位方案的可行性与有效性,对攻破阻尼环自动注汞瓶颈具有重要的意义。Aiming at the problem that the mercury injection port is difficult to accurately identify during the automatic mercury injection process of the damping ring, a technical scheme for the location of the automatic mercury injection position of the damping ring is designed, and the precise positioning of the mercury injection port of the damping ring is realized.Through the display interface and test of the damping ring automatic mercury filling detection system, the feasibility and effectiveness of the accurate positioning scheme of the damping ring are verified, which is of great significance for breaking the bottleneck of the automatic mercury filling of the damping ring.
