摘　　要：每当世界时局发生重大转折之际,中国共产党总能客观冷静地研判时局变化,科学把握时局变化特点、规律和趋势,从而提出正确的路线、方针、策略,引导全党全国人民持续不断地从胜利走向胜利。而这一切都离不开马克思主义哲学智慧的指导。特别是在当今的中国和世界正在经历巨大的历史变迁的背景下,中国共产党始终坚持唯物史观,尊重历史规律的客观性,善于发挥人的主观能动性,主动求变,主动应变,赢得优势,赢得未来。始终秉持人民群众是历史的创造主体原则,毫不动摇站稳人民立场。始终突出“党的领导”这一重要历史经验,创造性地提出并践行“自我革命”这一重要历史经验,为应对百年未有之大变局提供了关键政治资源。When there is a major transition in the political situation in the world,the Communist Party of China can always study and judge the changes in the situation objectively and calmly,and grasp the characteristics,rules,and trends of the changes in the current political situation scientifically to propose the correct routes,principles,and strategies and guide the whole party and people across the country to constantly move from victory to victory.All of these have to be guided by the wisdom of Marxist philosophy.In particular,under the background of great historical changes of China and the world today,the Communist Party of China always adheres to historical materialism,respects the objectivity of historical rules,gives people s subjective initiative into full play,actively seeks and responds to changes,and wins advantages and the future.We should always follow the principle that the people create history and unwaveringly keeps the position of the people.And we should always highlight the important historical experience of“leadership of the party”,creatively propose and practice the important historical experience of“self-targeted revolution”,so as to provide key political resources for responding to the profound changes unseen in a century.
