摘　　要：新时代人民的美好生活需要对法治现代化建设提出了确保人的法律安全、实现人的法治获得、提升人的法治幸福的新要求。当前,中国的法治现代化建设存在着不平衡不充分的问题,直接影响人民美好生活的实现样态。中国特色社会主义法律制度、中国特色社会主义法治体系与中国式法治现代化推进的战略部署为满足人民美好生活需要提供了保障。人民美好生活的实现需要筑牢以人民为中心的法治文明理念、全面提升法律制度的供给水平、积极推进依法治理的能力建设,实现与中国式法治现代化道路探索的高度契合。The people s need for a better life in the new era has put forward new requirements for the modernization of the rule of law to ensure people s legal security,realize their access to the rule of law and enhance their happiness under the rule of law.At present,the modernization of the rule of law in China suffers from imbalances and inadequacies,which directly affect the degree of realization of the people s better life.The socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics,the socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics and the strategic deployment of the modernization of the rule of law in Chinese style provide guarantees for meeting the needs of the people for a better life.The realization of the people s better life requires the establishment of a people-centred concept of rule of law and civilization,the comprehensive upgrading of the level of supply of the legal system,and the active promotion of the capacity building of legal governance to achieve a high degree of conformity with the exploration of the road to Chinese-style rule of law modernization.
