摘 要:以野外收集并定植于塑料花盆中的反瓣虾脊兰种质资源为试验材料,在林芝自然温度下,使用分光光度计(DR-6000)测定其叶绿素(Chl)和类胡萝卜素(Car)含量;叶绿素荧光参数及光响应曲线利用PAM-2500便携式荧光仪测定。研究了不同光强对其叶绿素a、b,叶绿素总量[Chlb(a+b)]类胡萝卜素,叶绿素荧光参数及光响应曲线的影响,研究表明:4个光强条件下叶绿素a(Chla)、叶绿素b(Chlb)、类胡萝卜素(Car)以及叶绿素总量[Chlb(a+b)]差异均达到显著水平,“中光”的光合色素含量显著高于其他3个条件;“低光”、“中光”和“高光”的Fo(初始荧光)、Fm(最大荧光)、Fv(可变荧光)均显著性高于对照组,说明对照组的植株的光合生理功能较弱;快速光响应曲线测试发现随PAR增加4个光强条件下的电子传递速率(rETR)均迅速升高,最大电子传输效率(rETRmax)、半饱和光强(Ik)和初始斜率(α)均表现出“低光”>“中光”>“高光”>对照组的趋势,说明光化学效率最高的是“低光”条件;4个光强条件下的有效光化学效率和实际光化学效率最高的均是“低光”。The contents of chlorophyll(Chl)and carotenoid(Car)were determined by spectrophotometer(DR-6000)at natural temperature in Nyingchi,and the experimental materials,Calanthe reflexa,were collected in the field and planted in plastic pots.The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and the light response curves were measured by PAM-2500 portable fluorimeter.The effects of different light intensity on chlorophyll A,B,total chlorophyll[Chlb(A+B)],carotenoid,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and light response curve were studied.The research showed that chlorophyll A(Chla),chlorophyll B(Chlb),carotenoid(Car)and total chlorophyll[Chlb(A+B)]had significant differences under four light intensities,and the photosynthetic pigment content of’medium light’was significantly higher than that of the other three conditions.Fo(initial fluorescence),Fm(maximum fluorescence)and Fv(variable fluorescence)of plants under’low light’,’medium light’and’high light’were significantly higher than those under’control group’,indicating that the photosynthetic physiological function of plants under’control group’was weak.The fast light response curve test showed that the electron transfer rate(rETR)increased rapidly with the increase of PAR at four light intensities,but the maximum electron transfer efficiency(rETRmax),half-full light intensity(Ik)and initial slope(α)all showed the decreasing trend of’low light’>’medium light’>’high light’>’control group’,which meant the photochemical efficiency of‘low light’was stronger.The highest effective photochemical efficiency and actual photochemical efficiency under four light intensity conditions were‘low light’.
