西藏金融对乡村振兴的作用及发展对策研究

摘　　要：本文旨在分析西藏金融对乡村振兴的影响作用,利用2020年暑期调查访谈数据和公开数据平台,以乡村振兴中金融发展成效和制约因素为此次的研究对象。研究主要从金融精准扶贫、金融支农贷款、农村金融服务供给、涉农金融产品和服务创新等方面的成效展开分析。访谈数据显示,农村信贷约束、农村金融供给满意程度、农村支付方式等制约金融对乡村振兴的影响作用。基于此,本研究提出从信息共享、创新金融产品和服务、精准授信、提升保险服务等方面提升金融对乡村振兴的影响作用。This paper aims to analyze the influence of finance to rural revitalization of Tibet.By using the interview data from 2020 summer and the public data platform,this paper takes the effects and constraints of financial development in rural revitalization as the research object.This study mainly analyzes the effectiveness of accurate poverty alleviation,financial loans for agriculture,rural financial service supply,and innovation of financial products and services related to agriculture.The interview data show that rural credit constraints,rural financial supply satisfaction,rural payment methods and other constraints restrict the influence of finance on rural revitalization.Based on this,this study proposes to enhance the influence of finance on rural revitalization in terms of information sharing,innovative financial products and services,precise credit granting,and improving insurance services.
