摘 要:以玻璃微珠(glass beads,GB)和玻璃纤维(glass fiber,GF)为增强填料,与聚酰胺(Polyamide,PA)1212粉末机械混合,采用选择性激光烧结(selective laser sintering,SLS)技术制备GB/GF/PA1212复合材料。用万能力学实验机和摩擦磨损实验机测试和分析GB/GF/PA1212复合材料的力学性能和摩擦磨损行为,研究GB含量对材料性能的影响。结果表明,添加适量GB填料可提高复合材料的拉伸性能和耐磨性能,尤其是能显著改善耐磨性能。其中,GB和GF质量分数分别为40%和10%时,复合材料的摩擦因数和磨损率最低,分别为0.23和1.1×10^(-3)mm^(3)/(N·m)。GB/GF/PA1212 composites were prepared by selective laser sintering (SLS) using of a mechanically blended mixture of polyamide (PA) 1212,glass fiber (GF) and glass beads (GB),where the GB and GF were acting as reinforcements.The tensile and tribological properties of SLS sintered parts were tested by a universal mechanical testing machine and a friction and wear tester to explore the influence of GB content on the properties of the composites,respectively.The results show that the presence of GB fillers at an appropriate proportion can improve the tensile properties and wear resistance of the composites.Especially,it can significantly improve the wear resistance.When the mass fraction of GB and GF is 40%and 10%respectively,the friction coefficient and wear rate of the composite are the lowest,which are 0.23 and 1.1×10^(-3)mm^(3)/(N·m) respectively.
