摘 要:催化裂化装置主风与增压风跨线加控制阀的技术改造项目的目的是为了达到节能降耗、保证增压机平稳运行、利于增压机故障停机时事故快速处理,保证装置尽快恢复正常生产。其技术改造是通过在装置原设计主风与增压风跨线为一手阀的基础上,增加一套控制阀组,且保留原设计跨线上的手阀作为新增加控制阀的副线阀,进而实现远程(主控室)调节主风进入增压风系统的流量,从而降低增压电动机的电流达到节能的目的。在增压机故障停机时,DCS内操人员及时打开此控制阀,将主风补充到增压风系统,用主风暂时替代增压风维持待生线路的催化剂循环流化正常,增加的控制阀还起到防止离心式压缩机防喘振的作用。The technical transformation project of prevailing wind and supercharged wind cross-line plus control valve of catalytic cracking unit is to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction,ensure the smooth operation of supercharger, rapidly deal with the accidents when supercharger fails to stop and ensure that the unit can resume normal production as soon as possible. Based on the original design of prevailing wind and supercharged wind cross-line as the primary valve,the technical transformation project is to increase a set of control valve group, retain the original design of cross line as the secondary valve of the newly added control valve,realize remote(main control room) regulation of the flow of prevailing wind into the supercharged wind system and reduce the current of supercharged motor to achieve the purpose of energy conservation.When supercharger fails to stop,DCS internal operationers open control valve in time. The prevailing wind is supplemented to the supercharged wind system and The prevailing wind temporarily is replaced the supercharged wind to maintain the normal catalyst circulation and fluidization of the spent circuit,and the added control valve also plays a role in preventing the centrifugal compressor from anti-surge.
