摘　　要：抽油机减速箱的作用是将电动机的高速运动,通过三轴二级减速变成曲柄的低速旋转运动。减速箱内有润滑油,上液面不高于2/3位置,下液面不低于1/3位置,即中间轴齿轮刚浸没为宜。抽油机减速箱看窗的主要用途是观察减速箱内润滑油的液位及油质情况,目前存在问题是看窗内表面结垢造成润滑油出现假液位,导致减速箱内齿轮因缺油造成的机械损伤。抽油机减速箱双液隔离结构看窗利用连通器原理,看窗玻璃管内液体通过润滑油—防冻液双液隔离实现间接显示,避免润滑油进入玻璃管出现凝固,从而导致液面高度误判。该成果在现场应用130井次,减少润滑油添加量350 kg/a,减少时率影响原油产量12.18 t/a,减少减速箱大修3台次,累计创效共计14.65万元,具有节能降耗的双重意义。The function of deceleration box of pumping unit is to turn the high-speed motion of motor into the low-speed rotating motion of crank through triaxial two-stage deceleration.There is lubricating oil in the deceleration box. The upper liquid level is not higher than 2/3 position and the lower liquid level is not lower than 1/3 position.That is,the middle shaft gear that has been just submerged is appropriate.The main purpose of the deceleration box observing window of pumping unit is to observe the lubricating oil level and oil quality of deceleration box.However,because of the fouling on the inner surface of the observing window, the lubricating oil has a false liquid level, which leads to the mechanical damage caused by the lack of oil in the deceleration box. The double liquid isolation structure observing window of deceleration box of pumping unit is used the principle of the connector to realize indirect display of the liquid in the observing window glass tube through the double liquid isolation of lubricating oil antifreeze.This is done to avoid solidification when the lubricating oil enters the glass tube,resulting in the misjudgment of liquid level height.The results have been applied 130 wells in the field,reducing the addition of lubricating oil by 350 kg/a and reducing the time rate to affect the crude oil production by 12.18 t/a. It is reduced the overhaul of deceleration box by 3 times and is created a total of 146 500 yuan,which has the dual significance of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
