摘 要:快速准确地确定裂解炉汽包排污率,对裂解装置的节能及汽包防腐都极为重要,某石化公司百万吨乙烯装置连排及超高压蒸汽(SS)线均未设置流量计,无法准确确定汽包排污率,利用Spyro软件对裂解炉汽包运行进行模拟,发现了连排变动规律,即当连排变化一定量时,给水按照固定比例正向变化,SS则是按照固定比例反向变化,两个比例值是固定的。利用这个规律可以快速判断在役装置的汽包排污率,从而优化汽包排污量。某百万吨乙烯装置利用该规律将汽包排污率从3.44%降至2%,每年可节约除氧水3.68×10^(4)t, SS发汽量每年增加2.752×10^(4)t,在降本降耗方面效果十分显著。It is very important to quickly and accurately determine the blowdown rate of the the cracking furnace steam drum for the energy conservation of cracking device and the anti-corrosion of steam drum. The flowmeter isn’t set for the continuous discharge and ultra-high pressure steam(SS)line of million tonnes ethylene unit of a petrochemical company,which is not conducive to accurately determine the blowdown rate of steam drum. The operation of the cracking furnace steam drum is simulated by using Spyro software,and the continuous discharge variation rules is found.That is,the water supply is changed in the positive direction according to the fixed proportion when the continuous discharge changes by a certain amount, while the SS is changed in the reverse direction according to the fixed proportion. The two proportional values are fixed. This rule can be used to quickly judge the blowdown rate of steam drum so as to optimize the blowdown volume of steam drum. A million tonnes ethylene plant are used this method to reduce the steam drum emission rate from 3.44% to 2%,which can save 3.68 × 10^(4)t of deaerated water per year, and increase the steam generation of SS by 2.752×10^(4)t per year,which has a significant effect in reducing costs and energy consumption.
