摘 要:目的 总结院外急救机构应对奥密克戎株新冠肺炎疫情措施。方法 对比分析疫情期间120电话呼入量、派车量变化、增幅明显病患数据。结果 疫情区域120电话呼入量增加598.5%,派车量增加611.6%,透析、孕产妇、肿瘤、新生儿及儿童、发热及心血管患者分别增加了23 400.0%、8 642.9%、5 600.0%、3 393.2%、479.6%、250.8%。结论 院外急救机构通过提高接警受理能力、分类调派、区域闭环运行、加强现场感控力量、强化院外院内信息对接等措施能够应对奥密克戎株新冠肺炎疫情。Objective To summarize the measures taken by pre hospital emergency institutions to deal with the covid-19 pneumonia of Omicron.Methods The data of 120 patients with significant increase in the number of incoming calls and the number of dispatched vehicles during the epidemic period were compared and analyzed.Results The number of 120 telephone calls in the epidemic area increased by 598.5%,the number of vehicles dispatched increased by611.6%,and the number of dialysis,pregnant women,tumor,newborn and children,fever and cardiovascular patients increased by 23 400.0%,8 642.9%,5 600.0%,3 393.2%,479.6% and 250.8% respectively.Conclusion The pre hospital emergency institutions can cope with the covid-19 epidemic of Omicron by improving the ability of receiving and accepting the alarm,sorting and dispatching,regional closed-loop operation,strengthening the on-site sensing and control force,and strengthening the information connection between the pre hospital and the hospital.
