摘　　要：在阐述铁路建设项目竣工环保验收3个工作阶段及各阶段应重点关注问题的基础上,结合铁路建设项目工程实例,针对在项目环保验收过程中存在的事故应急池、声屏障措施、水源保护等环保措施未落实的情况提出解决方案。最后,从增强法律意识、强化设计和施工各阶段环境管理、加强环保验收各阶段管理等方面对铁路建设项目竣工环保验收工作提出建议,以期更好地为推进铁路建设项目竣工环境保护验收工作提供参考。On the basis of expounding the three working stages of environmental protection acceptance of railway construction projects and the problems that should be paid attention to in each stage,combined with the engineering examples of railway construction projects,this paper puts forward solutions to the unimplemented environmental protection measures such as accident emergency pool,sound barrier measures and water source protection in the process of environmental protection acceptance of projects.Finally,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of strengthening legal awareness,strengthening environmental management in each stage of design and construction,and strengthening management in each stage of environmental protection acceptance,so as to provide better reference for promoting environmental protection acceptance of railway construction projects.
