摘　　要：总结了在静态管理期间新冠肺炎核酸检测工作中组织机构、检测方案、班次流程、内部质控、生物安全、技术提升、布局调整、后勤保障等方面的具体做法,并结合防控实践提出在重大突发公共卫生事件中铁路疾控应发挥专业技术优势,适时调整工作方案,完善铁路疫情防控应急联动机制,防止重大传染病经铁路运输传播,以保障旅客和职工身体健康。During the static management period,this paper summarizes the specific practices in the aspects of organization,testing scheme,shift flow,internal quality control,biosafety,technical upgrading,layout adjustment and logistics support in the nucleic acid detection of pneumonia in COVID-19.Combined with the prevention and control practice,it is proposed that railway disease control should give full play to professional and technical advantages,adjust the work scheme in time,improve the emergency linkage mechanism of railway epidemic prevention and control,and prevent major infectious diseases from spreading through railway transportation to ensure the health of passengers and employees.
